Major Changes in this version!

• Engine Update. Fixed Game loop to provide consistent 60 FPS.
• Music. 2 new background tracks.
• Settings. Tutorial toggle has been moved to the settings menu. It also has an option to mute volume.

And this is why you don't just follow tutorials without trying to understand what's going on. My game loop makes the thread sleep to maintain 60 FPS. Sadly, the calculation was off. Way off. It's fixed now. No more framerate issues!
